As we start the New Year, let's take the opportunity to reflect on the previous year. As we do so, let's take the positives from the previous year and discard the negatives. Let's promise the following:
1. Never linger on a negative thought
2. Never talk negative about yourself
3. Never doubt your ability to succeed even when the challenges seems steep
4. Never carry a negative thought against another person
5. Discard all negative thoughts as they appear.
