Sometimes the soul wanders for years and years through many destinations, but routed in the heart of each person is a place called home. In my mind this will always be home.
The many mornings I've sat on this white sandy beach with its crystal clear water, listening to songs by Elton John like "Lucy in the Sky with Diamonds," "Someone Saved my Life Tonight," and "Rocket Man."
I've known this place in darkness and in light. I still feel the warm wetness of the morning shores. I still dream of it in peaceful slumber inhaling the fresh morning breeze.
Grand Anse Beach, a place like no other.
